It's fun, but the game occasionally crashes for some reason (the screen just turns dark)

This is how the crash looks like in the downloadable version:

I was playing it with additional difficulty for a while‒I misread the instructions and thought that you only bridged a transfer for cards plus or minus one of your own rank (I still managed to mostly win with these rules, though)

Tried out the game with real cards, as well: not as good having to use spades and clubs, but still very fun

My only complaint: the maximum stack length is annoying, and also isn't even specified in rules, I wish this would be fixed

I beat it without the corner cells!! Love this. Only things I recommend are:

  • An Undo
  • Make the tutorial pop up at the start. I spent so long being confused why I couldn’t put cards on other colors. Of course you can, but it didn’t work because I was trying to place the card across the bridge. So I was learning the wrong lesson until I saw the question mark option, where I learned how to play.

I won without using corner cells! It was hard but pretty interesting

Fun little implementation of an interesting variant. As a reach goal in the future, it'd be fun if the games had public seeds so we could compare against each other.

It’s fun! Not using corner cells makes it really challenging.

very nice! i always enjoy myself a sirmilkman solitaire :) a small note about the 9-card cap in the rules would be nice, but i won on my first run so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. super neat ruleset!

Love it! Design feels super tight and all the animations and polish was very nice. My brain somehow didn’t process the corner cells were there until I scrolled down and saw the note about the harder challenge so I beat it hard mode by mistake lol

is this guaranteed possible?

what is the probability of no valid starting moves (with corners banned, and bridge doesn't count unless you move something across it) given they way you generate the shuffle?

Fun game, very on-theme for your work.

Seems to be a bug when autostacking from a corner slot. I was in the “final” autostack, and it it needed to pull from a corner piece, and the game crashed and went back. Playing on web.

Thank you for playing! Sorry the bug happened :( I'll look into it and get it fixed

At first, I completely missed that you can stack in both ascending and descending order. It might be a good idea to show both cases graphically in the tutorial instead of only descending order. Fun game though!

same! It was really tough but I was able to win twice without ascend-stacking before I realized. maybe others would enjoy that challenge mode too

very very cool.

i lost one game due to the auto-stacking when you reveal an ace, though. i was going to use an orange 2 to unlock the bridge, but when i placed the orange bridge, it revealed the orange ace, which took the two. now i can’t put the two back! not ideal :^)

Is the cap of 9 cards on the tableaus intended or is that a bug?

and no-corner is rng hell kind of hard for sure

that needs good starting layout

so a month later I realized that you can stack in ascending order and not just descending
