Great design, I really like it. I have one question: can someone explain to me how to make a circle that looks like this? Does anyone have a tutorial? I would really like to use something like this in my next production. Thank you in advance for your help!!!

A couple other things if you're interested:

When you use the "reset multiplier for +10 damage" ability, it actually sets your multiplier to 0 rather than 1, so you don't score any points until you can get another multiplier upgrade. I wasn't sure if that was intentional at first, but then in one game I got a "-3 multiplier +3 damage" right after and that actually set my multiplier back to 1 even though you'd think 0 minus 3 would stay at zero. :)  So I'm guessing when the multiplier is reset it should be set to 1, or at least there's some weird interaction there.

Also, is it a bug that it doesn't always display your health between levels? I think maybe it only displays it if there's a health pickup... but I feel like I've seen instances where that was not the case. Either way, I think it would be nice to always show your health, damage and score multiplier between levels because sometimes you lose track. But maybe that was the intention. :)

Anyway, good job on the game. Very simple but very addictive. :)

Sorry, one last suggestion: It would be really nice if the game avoided giving you the choice of two identical boons. :)

I am pretty sure some boons arent working as intended, if you are still working on this game, I would love to make a video for you, outlining the examples, but its usually + or - modifiers not changing their values accordingly

Or someone has been reporting that the "+5 damage for one level" modifiers gives you +5, and then repeatedly removes 5 every level afterwards. 

Edit: I can confirm the last one now as well.

Hmm, is there a bug with the "+5 damage for one level" boon? It feels like in some cases it then does -5 damage for each level after that instead of just the next one.

For instance, I just had the following sequence:

+5 dmg for one level (now damage 6 for that level)

+3 dmg (now damage 4, normal since it reset after the previous level)

+1 dmg (now damage 2 instead of 5???)


Something weird like that happened in another game too though I don't remember the exact sequence of power-ups.

Yeah, a similar thing happened again. Damage was at 5, I get the +5 for one level and it's at 10, then I don't have the exact damage rating, but two levels later my shots do pretty much nothing, so I'm reasonably sure that it applied -5 damage on each level.

Cool little game, though! I don't know if you're still interested in doing updates, but that bug is pretty frustrating. :)

Wow, this is so incredibly juicy! Although the bonus selection can sometime feel "unfair", and there are time were the action is hard to read. But overall it is extremely fun!

Very good. I like how the SFX sound thick and juicy. It would be nice to have an indicator of where enemies will spawn before they do so you can stay clear of those areas in between stages.

Very cool game, the only thing that bother me is that there is so many effects that sometimes I loose track of my ship, and I got hit so many times by bullets I could't see because they where behind a BIG CLOUD of visual effects. Please make the bullets get printed on top of everything instead and make them another color than white because that's the color of the "good things" and that's confusing me. Other than that, its a pretty good game!

Very cool and amazing interaction design. I personally struggle with seeing enemies in relation to my character, is there a way for you to make obstacles more clear?

the gameplay is VERY fun but one fundamental issue is the coloring of the enemies and your ship (red causing you to ignore the white color) all in all 10/10!!!!

For the latest version I think "reset score mult, +10 damage" is bugged as score mult becomes 0 instead of 1 until i get another bonus.
